Pros

New development est 2016. Private outdoor space and rooftop access. Big windows facing North and East. Open living space layout.

Cons

With some maintenance requests management would communicate that someone would come by on a specific date but then no one would show and we'd have to follow up. There are some flooding issues for the bar downstairs that the owner/management is not willing to properly repair. There's a rumor they plan to just install an awning over the private outdoor space to solve the issue... Owner seems eager to sell the building.
