Great roof top bbq access Clean common spaces Friendly and responsive super and front desk Basic but functional gym Well built units - good appliances

Cons

Marijuana dealer in 4th floor. Owner aware but has not evicted for 5+ years Roof furniture and appliances need maintenance and updates Owner is not always fair on renewals

Evict dealer, update equipment, be fair with renewals
