I would not pick this building.

Pros

- nice view - functional apartment layout - balcony

Cons

- roof is disgusting - stairwell smells horrible - people break into building and steal packages - apartment not cleaned before move in - elevator is dirty - management doesn’t care - won’t fix a LEAK in our roof

Overall, good spot to be

Pros

Well-maintained building. Great roof, gym and laundry in building. Location can’t be beat in Bushwick. Just steps to everywhere you want to go. Train is a short walk away.

Cons

Depending on the unit you’re in, some have been converted to have additional bedrooms some of which might be too small to comply with city housing codes.
