Shocking and rude management.

Pros:
There in none. Nothing.
Cons:
Awful heat. Unclean. Dreadful, rude and unresponsive management firm. Bad security. Bad repair men.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management firm. Be more responsive. More regular and better cleaning.
