Best place my we have ever lived! We are at 5 years now!

Pros:
The building only has 16 units, its interiors have contemporary finishes in unit washer/dryer
rooms are large and bright. If this building was to convert to condos, we would buy our apartment. The building VERY well maintained.

Cons:
My husband and I have ZERO cons! Only con is, we are moving out of the country and can keep both places! I will miss this building, our neighbors and Fairview Management.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing, this IS the best kept secret building in Flatbush!

Modern apartments, community vibe.

Pros:
The building Super! He is so kind & helpful. The location to the 2/5 trains. All the neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. The building is newish and I like the small amount of units vs. the hi-rise on Linden.
Cons:
Our neighbors. We have a “DJ” in the building next to us and once he gets going we are not able to be out on our balconies at all. Some of us have children that are napping.
Building could be more secure, fobbed stairwell and garage.

Advice to owner:
For the rents being charged, the rooftop and gym are lacking. Gym is not maintained and is dirty, would be nice to have a way to sanitize the equipment (should be part of covid building measures). The rooftop is not attractive and needs plants a grill, something to make the residents want to utilize.
