Best management company I've every had!
Pros
Management is super responsive and pays to upgrade things. My dryer was really inefficient (but still worked) and after having someone come try to fix it unsuccessfully, they replaced the whole things with a nicer version quickly. The shared amenities (gym, roof, storage cages, parking) are nicely maintained too. Exterminating comes monthly and I've never seen a roach or mouse.
Cons
The neighborhood is loud and dirty. Noise from the hall/neighboring units travels too.
Best place my we have ever lived! We are at 5 years now!
Pros
The building only has 16 units, its interiors have contemporary finishes in unit washer/dryer rooms are large and bright. If this building was to convert to condos, we would buy our apartment. The building VERY well maintained.
Cons
My husband and I have ZERO cons! Only con is, we are moving out of the country and can keep both places! I will miss this building, our neighbors and Fairview Management.
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you are doing, this IS the best kept secret building in Flatbush!
