Not bad but not great

Pros

the location is pretty accessible, rooms are spacious and get a lot of natural lighting. Rooftop isn't super well kept but it's there. Gym is a nice bonus but pretty barebones

Cons

Laundry machines constantly breaking, management slow to respond to maintenance requests, Garbage area gets super messy sometimes, mail situation is a nightmare
