A great first place!
Pros
I really appreciated the building staff. They were always helpful and available. I loved having a garbage disposal in my sink- unheard of otherwise in NYC! The windows and walls were really soundproof; I couldn't hear my neighbors or the cars on the street outside.
Cons
It gets really hot in the winter, and you can't really control that.

Cons
This is a U shaped building so depending on where you are, you wont have much privacy. You can literally see everything in your in neighbors apartment day and night. The blinds also are kind of translucent Our vents are all connected so you can smell everything your neighbors are cooking
