Pros

Staff are very kind and helpful Most residents are very nice as well, occasional issue with smoking or loud partying

Cons

Amenities are nice, but frustrating that it costs $100/month Limited closet space and not enough storage lockers for everyone Gym is on the smaller side for the size of the building 4 elevators for 30 floors, so it can take a bit of time to get down from high floors

I am on a mid-level floor and it's mild. Practices are more in the evenings from 3-10pm. I'm very noise sensitive and it doesn't bother me. Might be louder on low floors.
