Great building, if pricey
Pros
- Clean - Responsive management - Garage (additional fee) - Recently furnished rooftop - In-unit washer and dryers
Cons
- There is a chance of getting stuck in the elevator for a few minutes whenever you ride it. Management says they've had it looked at can't find anything wrong - Weirdly, the kitchen faucets are installed backwards - Walls leading to the hallway are thing and you can hear people in their apartments (and you can be heard as well) while you're in the hallway. If there is noise in the hallway, you can hear it in the apartment. Thankfully it's a pretty quiet building.
