Do yourself a favor and don't live here

The apartments are spacious for the location

Cons

Everything else - management does not care about tenants, the building is often left quite dirty, units are falling apart, and a gym that moved into the 1st floor has made it impossible to have a relaxing evening as the whole building experiences noise and vibration from the weight drops -gym is also 24/7. Better apartments are being built in every direction of this spot - go for those instead.
