Overall a good experience

Pros

I liked how social everyone was and how Common has the app with events. That was helpful to meet new people since I was new to NYC. I liked how much was included with the rent- a weekly cleaner for the suite, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.

Cons

Over time the amenities and common spaces started to go downhill and get very to dirty. The maintenance person was very lazy and did the bare minimum.
