Incredible location right above the Union St station
Aging building with poor construction quality. Appliances are old .
Fantastic location in Park Slope just outside the train station. Facilities are well maintained, and management has generally been responsive/helpful.
Currently overpriced for what the building offers. The A/C and heating units are extremely loud.
