Solid Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location - you’re above a great market, across from L/M and buses, close to food, bars, coffee, and convenience. The apartments are pretty new and building is sound proof which is great.
Cons:
Bandaids over solutions sometimes. Our building manager was responsive to us, however every time someone was sent to “fix” something it would be very temporary.
Advice to owner:
Invest in solutions for the building

It’s alright.

Pros:
Right across the street from the subway.
It’s super close to grocery (Food Bazaar)
The building is sound proofed so you really can’t hear the subway at all.
No pests.
Cons:
Being on a main street, people tend to target the building for packages. Beware of random people ringing your bell at 12am.
Management can be slow to respond to fix things. They got faster recently, so there’s hope.
Only one washer & dryer, coin operated.
Advice to owner:
Just be quicker to get things fixed please!
