Pretty good, can be cleaner

Pros

Up to date appliances in unit, quiet inside in a loud area, good location, pretty responsive

Cons

Washer breaks a lot, black mold in some area that get painted over, leaking

Solid Building

Pros

Location - you’re above a great market, across from L/M and buses, close to food, bars, coffee, and convenience. The apartments are pretty new and building is sound proof which is great.

Cons

Bandaids over solutions sometimes. Our building manager was responsive to us, however every time someone was sent to “fix” something it would be very temporary.
