    Rent stabilized, quiet, clean, big kitchen, reliable landlord
    Cons:
    As a woman, I don’t feel the safest in the area as there is a lot of loitering around and on this block
    Advice to owner:

    Pros:
    The landlord is very responsive with any issues. It’s clean and I’ve never had any bud or rodent issues in the past year that I’ve been here. The bike storage and laundry room in the basement is helpful.
    Cons:
    The apartment itself is quite small, so we had to downsize a bit to fit all of our things. We are very happy here though.
