Good bang for your buck

Pros

- fairly priced & management was receptive to renewal negotiations - units feel large - lots of outdoor space - management usually responsive to maintenance - good proximity to major trains

Cons

- noisy, rude, and dirty neighbors - dryer hardly ever worked and this concern was never addressed - packages stolen all the time (management does nothing to address this) - units look modern but in actuality everything is very cheaply made. HVAC units broke often, toilet seats broke, stove never worked properly
