Pretty decent spot
Pros
The apartments are genuinely HUGE, updated appliances and flooring. Laundry is convenient, all apts have dishwashers and the super is very responsive. They have someone come clean the interiors and take the trash out regularly. Whenever there are issues with the apartment, the super deals with it pretty promptly.
Cons
The neighbors suck, and aren't particularly clean - just gross. Generally things in the apartment building seem to break faster. The building is across the street from a police station so the sidewalks are completely taken over by their cars which can be annoying.
