Great location with decent management

Great location, nice amenities, and decent managements
Cons:
Some issues with appliances and build quality. Our unit has needed several repairs, but the super is responsive and they have fixed all of our issues.

We wouldn't live here again

The building is brand new and the unit itself is great.
Cons:
Very strange tenant base. There is shared airflow from unit to unit, so you smell other people's business including their cooking and their smoking. There's some ghetto people that live here. No doorman or live-in super, it can get really sketchy and there's nothing you can do about it. Management is terrible.
