decent luxury building, not run super well for the price
Pros
porter and super are very nice, nice common spaces, ants (bugs) were attended to quickly
Cons
There is a bit of a monthly-to-more-frequent tendency of groups (presumably who don't live in the building) using the lobby for photoshoots. I did not personally take issue with this but a lot of residents do, and therefore I (a POC) was investigated when I was sitting in the lobby by another resident though I'd lived there for multiple years. So, noting some weird vibes from management and fellow residents.
