elevators frequently break (some tenants have been trapped inside), alarms randomly go off, access to the bike room is inconsistent, frequent break ins resulting in stolen packages and destruction of property, tenants are often engaged in violent disputes, poor construction resulting in leaks and weak insulation, trash chutes don’t open so trash builds up in trash rooms attracting roaches

management needs to address issues quicker and more sustainably, including removing disruptive tenants, opening the trash chutes, reinsulating all unit windows and doors
