- water pressure excellent - good value for money (lots of space, quite convenient) - quality fittings (toilet, bathtub, kitchen appliances) - Nice rooftop area - 2 min walk from Vernon-Jackson station so convenient to get on the 7 - dishwasher, washer and dryer
- LIC is still kinda a boring area to live - Can hear doors slamming in the building so not sure about soundproofing
