Great location, Trader Joe's on the ground floor of the building, staff takes great care of the building
Can hear the 7 train in the unit, but not too bad
Unit owners are nice, super is quick, doormen are friendly, very nice appliances (dryer works very well)
Can’t use balcony because 7 is very noisy
