Management company grabbed my deposit money

Pros:
The lobby is well maintained. The plants in the hallways of each stair adds color to the building.
Flights of stairs are very short.

The elevator is haunted and will skip certain floors randomly.
The stairs are very steep.
The management company delayed 3 weeks over, then falsely accused us of damaging the hallway and elevator with no proof. They withheld our entire security deposit showing no evidence of the cost of the "damage".
