Quite spacious duplex apartment with private back yard space for ground-level units and balconies on most others units. Adequate gym with basic equipment and some weights. Elevator and bike storage room.

Unprofessional and unreliable super. Incompetent, inexperienced management company - New City Reality Racoon problem Hot water heater issues Cleanliness issues on move-in

Advice to the owners

Get a new super and management company who are experienced, professional and take their job seriously.
