Usual Luxury LIC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
- No pests - smooth move in and move out with separate elevator - quick and speedy maintenance - nice doormen - had special events once in a while with free food - overall very clean and luxury style - I think you also got 1k off for one month if a resident gave you a referral idk - it’s like a 5 min walk to queens plaza and 8 to queens borough plaza - close to city acres and Asian supermarket
Cons:
- sometimes I could hear train noises from unit - a few time the elevator could take a while - idk if it’s a con but there’s a 75 amenity fee and I just didn’t use them that much - when I was there there was construction so we’d have to the back entrance which could be annoying
