Not a bad place, but have issue

Pros

Clean and large luxury building. Occasionally there are some bugs, but they’re small and it’s not too bad. Location is awesome, close to subway and bus stops, plenty of markets, feels very safe.

Cons

Expensive (biggest issue). Cell service can be choppy at times. The walls are not super soundproof. Huge pillar in the room so room layout could get a bit weird. I got used to it though.

Advice to the owners

Lived here for about 3 years and had no big issue. If you find a good deal, definitely a good place to live. But imo this place is a bit pricy.
