Great location, horrible landlord
Pros
close to the NW train and to manhattan, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes
Cons
landlord doesn’t take care of the building and only makes bandaid fixes leading to endless leaks, the heat is not sufficient (had to purchase two space heaters to stay warm in the winter), landlord isn’t very responsive and takes a while to deal with emergency situations

take better care of your tenants and your building
