Great rent-stabilized building
Pros
Neighbors are incredibly nice, with many people who've been here a long time. Building is well-maintained and clean. The sound insulation in this building is insane — I never hear my neighbors unless I'm standing by the doorway to the hall.
Cons
No screens in windows

Charming little building
Pros
Clean building with friendly but quiet neighbors. Right by the train and near a lot amazing restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway.
Cons
No elevator. The building is run by a management company which is only available for less than half of the week and they aren’t super quick to respond. It’s an old building so you don’t really have the perks of a newer building.
Advice to the owners
Management company needs to respond quicker. New ovens, and bathroom needs major remodel.
