Nice big backyard, parking, in-unit laundry and mini-splits
Rats, roaches, flooding, leaks - freshly renovated but done poorly and is falling apart. Has an active rat infestation in the walls and ceiling of the building and in the backyard
Be more responsive and actually fix the problems. Living with rats and roaches for years on end is unacceptable and then kicking out tenants for reporting it to the city is unfair
