Renovated kitchen/bathroom great location in the neighborhood.
Landlord demands cash as rent payment, and doesn’t take pest control/infestations seriously, and will blame it on the tenants. Meanwhile there is one small garbage can with a broken lid for all the tenants to share and garbage piles up before collection.
