Overall a good rental experience.

Pros

There is no super but the landlord is quick to respond and resolve any unit specific issues. Tenants are respectful and never too loud. Building is pet friendly!

Cons

The building could be better maintained overall. Cleanliness is not as good as it was pre Covid and the laundry room is not well maintained. Being on the front of the building can be a bit loud at times just due to heavy traffic.

Update the laundry machines and add better security for when packaged are stolen.
