Overall nice apartment
Pros
The building is clean and safe. I like that it has a balcony, and our bathroom was nice and renovated. The super was usually very responsive.
Cons
It can be annoying if you have loud neighbors. Not much soundproofing. The heating would come on and off during the winters, so that was a little irritating. No windows in the living room so it can get very hot and stuffy in the summer and cold in the winter.
Advice to the owners
It is pretty much impossible to get in touch with the landlord.
