    Good deal with a cost

    Good space
    Fair price
    Central location
    Cons:
    Cockroaches constantly. It ruined any positive aspects of being in the apartment.

    We kept clean (very very crazily clean) as can be, as we somewhat anticipated it. It didn’t matter. We encountered cockroaches many times and they were huge and fast.
    Advice to owner:
    The whole building is clearly infested. Bring a serious exterminator. Not one who just puts sticky traps that are really for mice.
