    Sunny and spacious, a great find

    Pros:
    The landlord is awesome, super responsive and helpful. The super who lives on the lower level is also kind and helpful. Our apartment was spacious and sunny, with a fabulous
    balcony. I loved living here!
    Cons:
    Some appliances are a little out of date, could use some renovation. I had some issues with bugs in the summer, but the owner was always very responsive in helping resolve.
