Love this building

Pros

building is new (~2000) and kept clean. insulated well for the winter and good noise control. main building is always warm in the winter and you have control over your heat. building manager is extremely responsive and very nice.

small fridge (fine for 1 person) in the apartment

Sunny and spacious, a great find

Pros

The landlord is awesome, super responsive and helpful. The super who lives on the lower level is also kind and helpful. Our apartment was spacious and sunny, with a fabulous balcony. I loved living here!

Cons

Some appliances are a little out of date, could use some renovation. I had some issues with bugs in the summer, but the owner was always very responsive in helping resolve.
