Very convenient location, Fine to Live Here Not Outstanding
Pros
- Very good location and guys at the Deli are really nice - Very little bug sightings and no rodent sightings
Cons
- You take out your own trash which is annoying and can smell in the summer since the trash can is inside. - It can get noisy in the summer with Madam Marie's downstairs

Very convenient location but old buidling
Pros
Very convenient location, the deli downstairs is great and the guys help keep our stairwell clean, and no major bug/rodent problems.
Cons
It is very close to Madam Marie's so it can be loud in the summer, the hot water went in and out but it is finally fixed, you have to take the trash can from the second floor outside each week to get rid of the trash there is no super to take care of it.
