Live in super, friendly landlord, apartment gets gorgeous light, lovely balcony, all around great place.
38th Street can be occasionally loud. We had frequent cockroaches in the summer, but the landlord was responsive to requests for an exterminator. Heat in the winter was always blasting for some reason.
