A few blocks away from the Steinway St Station. It’s also walking distance to some good restaurants and bars in Astoria. Pretty safe at night. Neighbors mind their own business. Kids playing outside in the warmer days.
Old and smelly building. The carpets were replaced once in the many years I lived there. The owner is cheap and won’t pay for proper/ long lasting repairs. Humidity problems and pest problems for sure.
