Subway is right across the street. M/R Many shops.
The building is very dirty. The street is very noisy at all hours of the night. The landlord is neglectful. You will not get heat until late November.The hot water is fine.There is always tons of garbage that doesn’t get picked up frequently. You will probably not get a lease only month to month.
Try to be less neglectful.
