Building is cleaned regularly by the super and his family. The landlord is a very nice man. Rent is reasonable for the neighborhood. Quiet building and street, virtually no noise at night.
Not many internet provider options at the time. I believe it was only Verizon DSL, but I’m sure the landlord has upgraded since then. The kitchen and bathroom could also be updated.
