Very irresponsible landlord

Cons
There are a myriad of plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in our apartment. Rather than fixing said issues, when contacted, the landlord likes to downplay, stall , and even blame us tenants for all of these problems. It’s an old house and landlord didn’t renovate or fix anything when she bought it. We still have roaches and rats running around our apartment. Instead of calling an exterminator and doing her job the landlord neglected our legitimate requests and demanded more money from us.
Advice to the owners
Learn to treat your tenants with decency and respect, not like disposable rental income. If you can’t handle the responsibly of being a landlord you shouldn’t hold such a capacity.
