Renters approve of the building's owners
Great location (near train and grocery store). Safe building. Clean building. Pay for pest control. It was a good deal for the first two years.
Landlord unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with. Heat does not work very well and the landlord was combative when asking to fix. It has the square footage of a one bedroom but is a 3 bedroom. No live in super. Have to do own garbage service.
