Nice apartment but not worth the mental damage
Pros
Renovated unit with updated eat in kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. Ground floor apartment, slightly elevated so doesn’t feel like fully ground floor. Great location. Parking is not too difficult to find. Private home.
Cons
This is a great place to live if you like: - A landlord who yells at you at the top of their lungs like you’re an animal - Being disrespected and called a liar for every situation - Imaginary conversations made up and used against you - To pay for your own repairs to appliances that came with the apartment, especially when you barely use them - Listening to the landlord at 7:30 am yelling at the neighbors when communicating from their window - Low water pressure in the shower - Lukewarm water when you shower - Creaky floors above you - Receiving blame for strong odors coming from the basement but the claim is that it’s your apartment that smells bad - Mental stress from the thought of even complaining about something not working in the unit because it will always be your fault - Someone telling you the amount of rent you’re paying is not good enough even though both parties accepted this and signed the lease
Advice to the owners
I’d rather not waste my breath. If you’re not raised with respect how can you possibly give it.
