It's Fine, I Guess

Pros

The apartments are a nice size and there is so much light if your unit is on the front of the building. Fair amount of closet space for a prewar.

Cons

Lots of package thieves as there is no safe place to leave packages. The owners can take a while to get around to fixing things.

Pros

Apartment bedrooms are spacious, lots of light - especially if you're in a South facing unit. Nice closet space.
