    Classic Landlord Who Does Nothing

    Pros:
    The building is small and well located.
    Cons:
    No maintenance or upkeep whatsoever. Garbage is constantly piled up outside, inviting rodents and pests. Expect no repairs, no response to flooding, or plumbing problems. There's likely mold in the building because of water damage
    Advice to owner:
    Follow through and take care of the building.
