Our landlord is, for the most part, considerate, but does like to play the victim when it comes to this forgetfulness of the heat being on-- no updates in my apartment after 5 years.
Cons:
It's on the avenue which can get noisy, and it can get VERY cold inside during the winter because the landlord likes to play in my face about the heat being on.
