Landlord is forgetful at best
Pros
Our landlord is, for the most part, considerate, but does like to play the victim when it comes to this forgetfulness of the heat being on-- no updates in my apartment after 5 years.
Cons
It's on the avenue which can get noisy, and it can get VERY cold inside during the winter because the landlord likes to play in my face about the heat being on.

Love my apartment and the landlord is an okay person! The area is sweet and love my neighbors

Lack of responsiveness or urgency on my landlords part
