The worst maintained apartment with the worst owner/ management
Pros
Aesthetically okay from the first look but that's about it
Cons
Does not respond to tenants calls despite the fact that the owner lives in the building. And he has no sense of boundary between the owner and the tenant. He enters apartment without notice, very nosy and intrusive overall. I also witnessed discrimination first hand when I saw him trying to rent out one of the units when I heard him arguing with a real estate agent. Stay away from this apartment

I think you have some personal issues to sort out before you getting into residential property management
