Nice location, horrible management.
Pros
Location near train, bus, supermarkets, shopping and dinning
Cons
Multiple units became a sublets, overcrowded apartments, lives there more than 10 years was never management and or maintenance whatsoever in the entire building, cleaning is rarely done, garbage site is never cleaned properly, noise levels are unbearable, some tenants hold big noisy parties with no control from management and landlord
